SHERMAN – Small indie brewpub and restaurant, menu claims open since 1998. Not sure how I’ve missed this one for so long.
Interior is very much a dark, crowded English pub with 32 taps, full bar and kitchen, including a wood-fired oven. Packed for weekend lunch, both food and house beers are solid.
If closer, I would be a regular here. This type of setup should be common all around DFW proper, but no one seems able to duplicate this simple model.
