DALLAS – The latest collaboration between two veteran brewers, Dallas’s own Peticolas Brewing and Austin area’s Real Ale Brewing, dropped today. The product is a solid, high-gravity golden ale named Stay the Course (ABV 9%).
But what’s a collaboration without a little rivalry? This one happened to work out through Rodeo Goat, with each brewery featuring their own special themed burger for the occasion: Ring Toss vs Brie-Yonce. Both are now available at all North Texas locations for a limited time.
Who won this contest? Given that Rodeo Goat makes just about the best burgers on the planet, I’ll say that I won.
