DENTON – The first wine and cheese event from Ten : One, the new local cheese shop opened by Justin Bonard. Wines provided by Favorite Brands, and all generously hosted at The Bearded Monk.
First: Spring Brook Tarantaise and candied brandy-orange almonds. Paired with Biscardo Neropasso.
Second: Spring Brook Ashbrook and roasted brown butter hazelnuts. Paired with Underground Idle Hands.
Third: Vella Dry Jack Reserve and roasted, spiced pepitas and cranberries. Paired with Mettler Cabernet.
