DENTON – New collaboration with Denton County Brewing and Little Elm’s Flix Brewhouse (Derrick “Moose” Rima, brewer) for the release of Modern Engines.
The beer itself is a hazy IPA brewed with three different herbal teas (ABV 7.3%). It is quite distinct, the base IPA flavor dominating with a juicy, sweet nature but a complex, floral, perfumey nose arises in and among the traditional hops oils, almost lactic.
