DENTON – French saison style, ABV 7.5%, so already too high. Hazy amber, moderately malty nose with chemical nature. Taste is dry, malty and full of phenols, plastic, muddying any yeasty esters.
Brewed this month by homebrewer Brian Tiensvold (“Toast”), who also works as a brewer for Denton County Brewing Company.
