DENTON – Golden saison, aged 1 yr in cabernet casks, ABV 6.2%. Light body but heavy cabernet flavors dominate saison character (maybe aged too long?). Fruity, hints of wood, vanilla. Low carb keeps it drinkable.
Nice local wine bar with intimate lounge in the back. Also saw a fair amount of beer ordered (above and beyond the special) for a Friday night. May have to check back on a jazz night.
