OKLAHOMA CITY – Another new craft brewery at north end of Automobile Alley. Named after elk and valleys which, I am assured by locals, can both be found in this state.
Solid lineup of beers. Modern, stylistically clean design for taproom and brewery, good location, plenty of parking.
Glassware had a series of four symbols that I couldn’t decode, so had to ask the bartender. The symbols represent the four core beers produced year-round, which made me realize how rare the “core beers” concept is in the modern craft brewing world.
