OKLAHOMA CITY – Modern taproom and brewery in “Automobile Alley,” a newly gentrified area just north of downtown. Bigger space than it appears, including a small kitchen in the back.
Space is split lengthwise, with right half for taproom and left for brewing and packaging, all viewable through the dividing wall. Nice use of industrial cargo containers, cut and configured in place of walls for bar, cold room, etc.
Kudos to the bartender for a personal moment when, as a Literature major, he recognized my surname as a character in several Faulkner novels (instead of the usual “Police Academy” character.)
