DENTON – New local coffee shop concept, right now in the proto-franchise stage. Fresh, premium coffee plus full alcohol bar with a few baked goods and breakfast tacos thrown into the mix.
Slightly disappointing, as the bar side of the operation seems underrepresented (no taps, only six beers in cans, no alcohol until evenings). Was expecting something more like Civil Pour but, as opened, it’s a great indie coffee bar.
I do like the gold-and-black, honey bee-style decor, though. Good wifi, comfortable environment, beats any corporate place.
