WYLIE – Almost rural brewery in a warehouse at the far end of a Wylie industrial park. Announced they were going out of business, open for one final weekend, so I thought I’d pay a visit.
Unfortunately, the beers haven’t improved much from their opening days a couple of years ago. Owners are shutting down brewing operations to open a family restaurant just down the street.
