DENTON – American wheat ale (ABV 4.9%), deep gold with a firm, rocky head. Clean, smooth malt flavors with a mild but noticeable touch of hops bitterness. Easily a summer session beer, and one of the better brews in this series.
Collaboration with local homebrewer Eric Hilliard, who also works in the brewhouse at the nearby Denton County Brewing.
