DALLAS – Anniversary beer (ABV 13%, officially a barleywine) modeled after the classic Old Fashioned cocktail. Amazing how well this captures those flavors so precisely in a beer. Black cherry, rye, even slight orange peel. Only thing missing is about 30 proof.
This has instantly become one of my favorite beers Peticolas has ever brewed. But shhh, don’t tell Michael.
