Common Table Pour Man’s Beer Dinner

FRISCO – A few years ago, Dallas’ craft beer vanguard The Common Table switched their periodic beer-pairing dinners to a somewhat scaled-down, multi-course format that is more manageable on a regular weekly basis.

Their second location in Frisco also carries on this tradition every Monday, and it’s good to check up on them every once in a while (especially when the menu looks good).

First: Sausage and beer cheese soup. Paired with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

Second: Mixed greens with toasted pecans, bleu cheese and apple cider vinaigrette. Paired with Real Ale Hans’ Pils.

Third: Lobster pot pie. Paired with Boulevard Tank 7.

Fourth: Brulee’d cream puffs. Paired with Ayinger Braüweisse.
